The individual in this position will have multiple responsibilities in the instructional development division of VISTA training, Inc.
Instructional design Participate as a part of the development team in determining the required instructional design for the customer’s students, considering available resources, available project budgets and competitive product offerings.
Project management Be the prime customer contact, for either external or internal customers
Hands-on Development In addition to these two primary roles, this position will also include development tasks such as initial project research, content script creation, storyboarding and final project quality assessment.

TRAINING DEVELOPER I
Training Developer I is an entry-level position in a job ladder of successively increasing responsibilities within the U.S. Development Department. This position will be responsible for the design and development of Vista training resources, including but not limited to computer based training, instructor led training and promotional materials for these products. The design and development will be via projects for specific customers as well as for Vista’s own training materials marketed to a broader customer base. The individual in this position will work as a part of a development team of other specialists, and may lead the efforts on small projects. This position is intended to be one of growth and learning, and one that can progressively lead to positions of greater responsibility with satisfactory mastery of the development process, subject matter content and customer relations.

EXPERIENCED MINE TRAINERS
We are currently in need of instructors for mining equipment operation. The position consists of classroom and job site training conducted for experienced and new operators of all types of mining equipment. Training materials and methods will be provided, your operating skills and knowledge are what we need. Some instructors will be paid on a project by project contract basis. Others will be needed on staff. Some travel will be required. For full time positions, about 50% of the time will be dedicated to development of new (and custom) training materials.
