	Self-Study Computer-Based Training (CBT)


	VISTA Computer-based Training (CBT) products are designed to provide participants with greater understanding and to improve retention of key information. Visual aids and special materials design permits course participants to continually assess their comprehension ensuring that important information is retained. These easy to use, computer driven, self-study programs, delivered on CD, DVD or the Web, introduce trainees to safety and operation concepts, and could even include company-specific policies and procedures. Our specially designed format allows viewers to progress at their own pace while testing their understanding of the information as they go.
